  1. Promote among public sector officers a culture of zero tolerance for corruption
  2. Exert peer pressure on any public sector officer suspected of deviating from the culture of zero tolerance for corruption
  3. Support public sector officers fighting corruption in their organizations or elsewhere
  4. Bring to the attention of appropriate authorities suspected acts of corruption in any public sector entity
  5. Recognize and reward the display of outstanding integrity by any public sector officer
  6. Eliminate administrative procedures and practices which provide opportunities for corruption
  7. Provide a forum for the discussion of  corruption and good governance issues
  8. Collaborate with other like minded local or foreign organizations in the fight against corruption
