• Reservation of Circuit Bungalows and Holiday Resorts for the relevant month commence from the first working day of the previous month.

Eg: 01st of March is the day of commencing reservations for the day 01-30 of April

• Reservations of Circuit Bungalows and Holiday Resorts are made strictly on working days from 9.00 a.m. up to 1.00 p.m.
• For Retired Officers of the public service can be made 14 days before the relevant date and also it is required to get their applications certified by the Divisional Secretariat where the pension is received.
• For an Official Reservation the Duty and the List of participating officers should be informed through a letter on a letterhead of the relevant institute.
• The check in and check out times for every Circuit Bungalows and Holiday Resorts is 1.00 p.m and 10.00 a.m respectively.
